Proposal:
Newquay Town Council to send a letter to Cornwall Council expressing our concerns of the lack of lighting from Midnight in certain areas of Newquay.

To resolve that pursuant to Section 1(2) of the Public Bodies (Admission to meetings) Act 1960 the public and press leave the meeting because of the confidential nature of the business to be transacted.

To note and consider any recommendations from the Newquay BID manager.

To receive, consider and recommend any commercially sensitive budgetary items  for 2027-28, 2028-29, 2029-30 to the Governance & Resources Committee (if any).
