PA25/08665 - The refurbishment and extension of the Hotel Victoria, together with the demolition of a number of surrounding buildings and the erection of 81 apartments.

But not all Planning Applications are discussed at the meeting:
If a minor application is considered relatively uncomplicated and unlikely to result in harm, the Committee will be presented with a pre-prepared, recommended response. This allows our Councillors more time during meetings to focus their discussions on applications that are potentially more complex.
