Recommendation:
That Full Council adopt the PROTOCOL FOR INFORMAL CONSULTATION ON TOWN COUNCIL PLANNING AND PREMISES LICENCE PROPOSALS, and that the Planning & Licensing Committee’s current Terms of Reference are amended accordingly.
